UPY 2302, a GG20GE "Green Goat" by Railpower was made from UP B30-7 #137. The unit is seen here at FWWR Hodge Yard on 7/1/06 waiting to have a complete battery swap performed on it. No one was sure as to why the flashlight was added with duct tape as an extra "headlight".
