Two BN / Colorado & Southern SD7's led by number 815 are eastbound on the Wichita Falls Sub at Saginaw, TX on July 19th in 1975. Rock Island Tower 29 is on the right with the Rock Island mainline on the far left, the Santa Fe mainline in the foreground, and I am standing on the switching lead to the flour mill.
