Friday Evening at the Bridges

After catching the FWWR at Forest Park we headed for the Trinity River bridges north of downtown Fort Worth. We had only been there a few minutes when this northbound UP train came up Choctaw Main One with two KCS SD70ACe’s trailing the lead SD70M.

Relocating to the south end of the bridges we were barely out of the car when this southbound UP cement train came by on the BNSF out of Saginaw.

I’m guessing the cement plant off the BNSF at Saginaw is now served by both railroads?
