					<description>KCSM 3418 is a GE "Super 7" (or C30-7R if you prefer).  A lot of them were built new from kits in Mexico so that might be one of them; if it wasn't built new then it may be upgraded from an old U-boat.

The Super 7s haven't been showing up north of the border like they used to lately, it seems.  Good catch!</description>
