Family Day Part 4

Before I came down from the foot bridge I focused on one of the children learning how to run an RCE locomotive for real.

Careflite was one of many local agencies that brought displays, and theirs was naturally one of the most popular.

After problems with a Genset on the first trip of the day, GP60 1920 was added to the east end of the passenger train consist ahead of it.

One of the many costumed entertainers shows off her skating style.

Careflite drew more attention than most attendees when they left the event late in the afternoon.

Finally, a group of native Indians demonstrated traditional dances and then invited the children to join in.

Tomorrow we will see a few more locomotive shots taken from the family day venue.
