Around 90 minutes later we made a longer station stop at Havre where trash was removed and supplies replentished.  Before arrivng at the depot, we passed the BNSF 7698 West in the yards for our arrival.

On the trip west we had arrived here after dark, limiting my ability to photograph Great Northern 4-8-4 #2584 on display at the station.  Now I set out to do a better job of recording it from all available angles.

Satisfied with my coverage of the retired 4-8-4, I walked up towards the head end to see what was going on.

Now there was time for one more view looking back west down the platform.

I made my way back on board, and soon we were highballing eastward.
