A Cowboy’s Work is Never Done
Between Summit and Bison looking east someone has a very nice chalet from which to watch trains. It looks like a great place to be snowed in.
After passing East Glacier, we looked down into Two Medicine Creek from the high bridge.
Near Spotted Robe, we saw a modern day cowboy on his four-wheeler trying to gather up the herd in this snowy pasture.
About a mile further on a classic scene presented itself as two more cowboys on their traditional four-legged steeds left the warmth of the ranch to help the other cowboy on his four-tired steed.
Still near Spotted Robe we met our first westbound train of the day.
The BNSF 5070 West had stopped to await our eastbound passage.
